DXB

Three terminals. One journey.

Your airline, gate and connection path determine whether you use Terminal 1, 2 or 3.

Terminal 1

T1 · D Gates

Used by a broad range of international airlines.

  • Arrivals

Passport control, baggage reclaim and onward transport.

  • D Gates

An airport train links departures with the D-gate area.

Terminal 2

T2 · F Gates

Selected regional and international services.

  • Arrivals

Follow passport-control, baggage and exit signs.

  • Departures

Use the airline’s confirmed entrance and check-in time.

Terminal 3

T3 · A/B/C Gates

Used primarily by Emirates, flydubai and selected partner airlines.

  • Walk between B and C

The B and C gate areas connect on foot.

  • Airport train to A

DXB · TERMINAL PLANNING

Confirm the Dubai Airport terminal and gate route before travel

Dubai International has three terminals and several gate zones. The operating airline’s message and current DXB displays are the final source for the terminal, check-in entrance, gate and baggage belt.

Terminal 1 and D Gates

A broad range of international airlines use T1. After check-in, follow signs and the airport train to D Gates when assigned; do not rely on a gate number saved before travel day.

Terminal 2 is operationally separate

T2 serves selected regional and international flights with its own arrival and departure route. For a connection, follow the carrier’s instructions about baggage, entry formalities and any required transfer.

Terminal 3 and A, B, C Gates

T3 is used primarily by Emirates, flydubai and selected partners. B and C connect on foot, while A uses the airport train, so check the time needed to reach the assigned gate.

DXB is not DWC

Al Maktoum International uses code DWC and is a separate airport. A DXB–DWC change requires entry formalities when applicable, baggage collection, a road transfer and a substantial time margin.
